Ello ello people of the interwebz! I got a book about films. I’m planing on going through it. It basically tells you the different ism’s and goes deeper into the understanding of cinema and it’s history. I’ll be posting about each chapter here and what I learned and all that jazz. If you’d like to take part in this, well the first topic is “illusionism” Which as the name obviously states is the opposite of reality so first two films to watch are:
If you’re joining in please comment or something and good luck!

So in the midst of a department meeting today I was tumbling (You can see how serious I am about work) and came a cross a photo project. It aims to keep you productive/creative, and I thought it’s a great idea that must be shared in the Tumblrz! so here it is you guys:
1-365 Days:
Where some use it as a take a portrait of yourself everyday whilst others click on the go in other words, take a photo of what ever they want that day. How ever if you find taking a picture everyday is a hassle, you can take a picture once a week and turn it to a 52 week project. If you want some inspiration on what to shot, there’s a whole Flickr group dedicated to that.
2- 52 Photowalks:
Once you check your camera, you’d find out that most if not all of your photos are either taken at your home, or back yard and if you’re really adventurous your friends/relatives homes which makes this photo challenge fun! Basically once a week you go out and take a picture of some place or object. this will benefit you in two ways. One, you get to discover new places. And two, you get to see things from different perspectives.
3- 100 Strangers:
I see this as one challenging yet fun photo challenge! As the name states, you go around taking photos of random strangers (Of course whilst asking them and all that not acting like a creep and trying to be all sneaky about it) This challenge will get you to have some guts, as well as get to meet diverse people, and who knows you might even end up be-frending one of them.
4 A-Z:
Well this challenge is wehere you go around and look for things that either starts with the letter lets say you had ‘a’ you can take a picture of an acorn or a Ant, Airplane, or even your Apple computer asa along as it starts with an ‘a’ and it doesn’t need to be an object it can as well be a concept or a verb what ever that’s where YOU get creative. You can also look for stuff that looks like a letter.
These are the challenges that I’ll be posting about. However if you want to read more about the challenges and in well ets face it a better way put, you can visit this brilliant blog. Hope you do once of them. Tell me if you will, and if you do which one will you pick or just say hi :]
